A REAL PLACE IN THE WORLD.
Imagine a place your community can visit, improve and put its name to. Real World Tiles are the next step we are working towards: earn a Level-5 Champion Dynasty Site, qualify for a dedicated Tile Game, then compete to bring that place into your Coinlization's history.

FUND DETAILS Balances, budgets & reserve
Sum of recorded project budgets, including historical plans. Not proof of cash reserved or a remaining balance.
3% of total CIV supply is the reserve target in this same Vault wallet. Observed CIV holdings are not converted into dollars or added to USDC.
Available after reservations: not yet reconciled. Neither a token balance nor a planned budget proves how much can be spent. Verified reservations and project spending must be reconciled before a spendable amount can be published. Alpha physical awards remain closed.
Dynasty Site Level 5. Anchor available. You're in.
There is no five-win gate and no historical score bonus. Any Coinlization with a Champion Dynasty Site at Level 5 showing ANCHOR · AVAILABLE can enter the next Real World Tile Game unless it is serving the one-round winner cooldown.
One physical tile. One special game. One winner.
When a Real World Tile is ready, CivCoin World announces a dedicated Claim Game and snapshots every eligible Coinlization. They do not carry a 55/35/10 score, Legacy XP bonus, member-count multiplier or CIV advantage into the Claim. The winner of the special game wins the tile.
The Coinlization earns the tile.
The awarded Civtile is linked permanently to the reserved Level-5 Dynasty anchor and to the Claim/Game that produced it. The honor belongs to the Coinlization, not one individual Civizen.
The champion sits out the next Claim.
The winner is ineligible for the immediately following Real World Tile Game even if another Dynasty Site says ANCHOR · AVAILABLE. After one Claim round, normal eligibility returns.
Dynasty anchors and Claim rounds can be tracked or simulated, but live physical awards remain disabled during Alpha.
A place you can actually visit.
A community space. A local project. Somewhere to meet the people behind the wallets. Each tile starts with a real location and a plan that fits it.
Your community chooses the direction.
The Coinlization that earns the tile helps decide what happens there: its name, its projects and its next improvements. Choices must fit the location, permissions and approved budget.
Decisions stay with the winning community.
Active Civizens of the winning Coinlization with at least one CivSeal can vote on available Civtile directions. Project validation still covers budget, legality, safety and feasibility.
The Assembly protects the framework.
Civarchs vote with one vote per eligible CivPass on common Real World frameworks and global CivCoin projects. Holding more CIV never creates extra votes and never overrides a Claim Game result.
What would your community build?
A garden, a place for meetups, an event space, a visitor experience or a local business. The possibilities depend on the site. The ideas come from your community. A tile can also be a shared space with no commercial activity.
Put your World winnings to work.
For future prize-enabled Worlds, your community can vote to use its winning-community share for buyback and burn of its own token, an approved Treasury, or an approved upgrade to a tile it has already earned. This choice applies to the community's share, not the entire game prize pool.
Build on what you have earned.
Better facilities. A new project. More reasons to visit. Further World winnings and your community's share of tile profit can help fund the next approved improvement. Every project needs a budget and a community decision; a leader cannot redirect the funds alone.
If your tile makes a profit, here is where it goes.
First cover operating costs, maintenance, taxes and other documented project expenses. Any positive net profit left is allocated 50 / 25 / 15 / 10. If there is no profit, there is nothing to distribute.
50% stays with your community.
The winning Coinlization decides how to use its share: buyback and burn of its own token, an approved Treasury, further tile upgrades, or a combination. Improvements funded from this share come after the profit split and are not deducted a second time.
25% funds future game rewards.
Goes to CivCoin World's shared reward pool for future game rewards, under the published reward rules.
15% buys and burns $CIV.
Reserved for $CIV buyback and burn. The public record distinguishes money allocated from tokens actually bought and burned.
10% funds development.
Supports the development and maintenance of CivCoin World.
$500 for the winning community's chosen purpose · $250 for future game rewards · $150 for $CIV buyback and burn · $100 for development. An illustration of the split, not an earnings forecast.
This is the tile-project profit split. World prizes and payment fees keep their own separate rules. The community share belongs to the community's approved purposes; it is not a dividend paid to individual tokenholders. Project accounts and completed allocations must be recorded transparently.
These choices and allocations describe the planned Real World system. Live physical awards and reward payouts remain closed during Alpha. Each project needs verified funding, an agreed operating structure and approval before spending or distributions begin.
“Earn it in the game. Build it in the real world.”
Your Coinlization chooses what the tile becomes. If the project earns a net profit, your community decides how to use its 50% share: support its token, fund its Treasury or improve the tile.
EVERY WORLD LEAVES
SOMETHING BEHIND.
What would your Coinlization build?
Real World Era is a long-term concept and live physical awards are locked during Alpha. ANCHOR · AVAILABLE means Claim-Game eligibility, not a deed or guaranteed property right. A Civtile is a Legacy recognition; funding, legal structure, location and feasibility must be verified before anything physical goes live.
