How CivID works
CivID follows the token-linked Coinlization across Worlds and leaders. Eligible events are recorded first, then shown in the Hub before any Memory Seal payment. Records display the actual World, date and participants where the source data exists. Only completed, paid and verified seals appear publicly. CivID never adds gameplay power.

Direct CIV establishment is verified on Solana against the official Project Revenue wallet. The USDC alternative uses a five-minute market-value quote and can be paid on any enabled USDC network. USDC's 25% burn share is first reserved for a later transparent CIV buyback + burn; it is never described as burned until the on-chain buyback/burn transaction is actually recorded.
CivID belongs to the token/Coinlization, not the payer. The canonical mint/contract is the permanent anchor. Payers receive CivID Patron prestige only. Normal Coinlization governance remains available to every eligible Civizen regardless of who funded the CivID.
Memory Seals are earned from World history. Each eligible earned event can be sealed once by the community leader. Each Memory Seal costs 25,000 CIV, or 20,000 CIV while the 20% Alpha discount applies, paid on Solana to Operations / Revenue. Policy: 50% Development, 25% buyback + burn, 15% World Vault and 10% Community. Distribution remains pending until actual on-chain routing is recorded.
